Only if you have not completed your paperwork online. If you have not been able to complete the paperwork, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to do so. Also, please bring a photo ID and a copy of your insurance card with you.
Yes. Clear Lake Dental Care welcomes young patients from the age of 14 and up. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during an office visit.
If you have a PPO dental plan, you should be able to choose any dental office. We are considered out of network with most insurances but typically dental benefits are very similar whether you see an in-network provider or not. Our front office team will verify your benefits prior to your appointment.
Yes, many of our patients do not have dental coverage. We will inform you of all fees before any services are provided. We also have payment plans available if you would like to finance your dental treatment.
